2020 Year In Review

2020 has been a challenging year, to say the least. With our usual campaign flow down by over 80%, we were initially lost on what to do & how to survive the long winter.


Fortunately, we found strength in each other and a healthy dose of support from the Singapore government. With collective sacrifice from the entire team from no pay to varying pay cut between 30 - 50%, everyone pitched in to support and I am proud of the fact that we did not have to let go of anyone!


The support from the Singapore government has also been beyond expectation, from JSS to WCL to help tide over during these challenging times has been a lifesaver. Without these supports, we would have had to take even more drastic actions. Also, partners & vendors played a big role by being flexible and supportive to ensure mutual survival.


I am very proud of our team, not being idle during these lean times but help innovate a lot of unique solutions and build a rich content of knowledge repository. A few key highlights:


Blog – We started our blog to communicate key marketing concepts & ideas, and it has grown beyond our initial idea and now contains a wealth of knowledge related to China. To date, we have over 80 blog postings covering distinct categories – Digital Insights, Media updates, Marketing Ideas, Reports & Insights & App of the month. We have also written 22 insight reports many of them from our research desk, produced through thorough research and in-depth market analysis.
